Elizabeth has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, dependencies, intimacy, relationship building with oneself and others, self-esteem, parenting guidance, and social struggles, among other issues.
Elizabeth works with an existential backdrop, in an integrative way, drawing on CBT, attachment theory, trauma processing interventions and person-lead tools, expect this therapeutic space to be dynamic and productive, using a plethora of evidence-based interventions for therapy, parent support & coaching.
Dr Elizabeth works on multi-disciplinary teams when necessary as well as with organisations to work through particular mental health scenarios. Educated at Cambridge University (BA Joint-Hons, MPhil), she is also an Expert Educator and has a Doctorate in Psychology and Psychotherapy. Dr Elizabeth brings a dynamic, practical and refreshing approach, you can feel confident in a strong academic framework. This partnered with an open, non-judgmental and empathetic space facilitates a process of open exploration and growth.
