We offer individual, couple and family sessions:

Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. The goal? To inspire positive change, enhance quality of life and explore our deeper thoughts and feelings. People turn to therapy when they’re grappling with tough issues that feel overwhelming alone. Individual therapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counselling.

In therapy, we tackle obstacles to well-being. It’s a space to nurture compassion, boost self-esteem, and learn practical skills for handling life’s challenges. Many people find the journey of self-discovery quite fulfilling, some even continue therapy as part of their ongoing personal growth.

Couples come to therapy at different stages in their relationship and it can be incredibly beneficial in many different ways.

Some couples start therapy because they notice unhelpful themes or patterns in their relationship and find themselves stuck having the same argument over and over again. Other couples come to therapy because they are approaching a significant life event – like getting married, becoming parents or the children leaving home – and want to navigate that change in the best possible way.

Family therapy – otherwise known as systemic therapy – focuses on relationships between a group of people, rather than solely on an individual’s experiences. In this sense, systemic therapy is about helping people in close relationships connect with each other. Systemic therapy may include parents and children of all ages, grandparents, siblings, partners, friends, carers – or anyone else who is important to the family.
