Inga Jarkikh, Integrative Psychotherapist, Nutritional Therapist & Life Coach
“I value genuine human connection over clinical distance. My aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply on all levels, make sense of how you got here, and find a way forward.”
If you are facing a “dark night of the soul”, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, sensing that your emotions are too much to process, or noticing that your body feels out of sync but you don’t know how to interpret its signals, you can bring all of it here. If you simply need to offload your worries but feel unable to share them for fear of judgment, this is a space for that too.
Feeling heard and understood can make the difference between hopelessness and beginning to see light again. A genuine connection cannot be forced, yet I will do my best to support you, drawing on my experience as a psychotherapist and my background in holistic health and coaching. Emotional and psychological experiences often show themselves through the body’s symptoms; our biology can become our biography. I believe mind and body cannot be separated, and I integrate my holistic health background into the therapeutic process.
Where relevant, I can offer more structured wellbeing and nutritional support for clients with health‑related concerns, including practical guidance around lifestyle and health planning. I also tend to explore deeper existential and spiritual dimensions of experience, such as the symbolic meaning of life events or illness, and questions around purpose, identity, and mortality. In all our work, I am guided by what feels relevant and meaningful to you.

Therapeutic Approach
Inga works from an integrative psychodynamic approach. Her style is relational, collaborative, and tailored to the individual, informed by broad life experience across different countries, cultures, and professional settings. Depending on the client’s needs, the work may be exploratory and reflective, or more structured and goal-oriented.
Alongside psychotherapy, she can also offer practical wellbeing and nutritional support if required.
Qualifications & Background
Inga holds a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, alongside Diplomas in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy and Life Coaching. Her professional background includes psychotherapy work across the NHS, mental health charities, and private settings, alongside many years of experience supporting clients through nutritional therapy and holistic health, including within a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice. Having lived, studied, and worked across different countries and cultures, and speaking several languages, she brings an awareness of what it means to navigate change, identity, belonging, and different systems of meaning and belief. This wider perspective helps her work sensitively with cultural differences, transition, and the experience of feeling between worlds.
