From life transitions, grief, trauma and eating disorders to creativity, neurodiversity, book recommendations and much more, each edition offers a warm, candid and distinctive perspective on well‑being.

In the Room is a free magazine available throughout the Bloomsbury area, accessible online, and deliverable straight to your door. Our aim is simple: to share expertise generously and to nurture connection, honesty, introspection and community. Through thoughtful writing and grounded clinical insight, we hope each edition becomes a companion for reflection and a catalyst for meaningful conversation.
