Bart Jessel, Integrative Therapist
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung
Fee: £85
I believe that true and lasting transformation begins from within. My role is to be a steady and supportive guide, helping you cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence and the clarity needed to create meaningful change and live with greater authenticity, purpose and fulfilment.
Together, we will explore the deeper layers of your experience in a warm, non-judgmental and reflective space. Here, we can identify the underlying issues that are bringing you difficulty so that we can move through them. This will involve recognising patterns in relationships, uncovering and processing repressed emotions that are holding you back and shifting perspectives that limit your thoughts and actions.
As an integrative therapist, I am trained in the major therapeutic approaches. My work is primarily grounded in psychodynamic and person‑centred principles but is also informed by cognitive and behavioural theory. I draw on the strengths of each approach to meet your unique needs and circumstances.
I support clients through a wide range of human experiences, including:
• Depression and persistent sadness
• Feelings of inauthenticity or uncertainty about identity
• Anxiety, stress, and overwhelming worry
• Relationship and family difficulties
• Low self-esteem and a harsh or critical inner voice
• Feeling stuck or lacking direction in life
• Grief, loss, and bereavement
• Navigating major life transitions
• Trauma and unresolved past experiences
• Loss of meaning or purpose
