“You were never broken.” —by Jeff Foster

I’m drawn to the way psychotherapy honours the complexity of being human – recognising that healing comes not only from techniques, but from connection, empathy, and self-awareness. It’s this depth and authenticity that makes psychotherapy, for me, a profoundly transformative and human-centred form of care.

If you’re ready to begin your own process of self-understanding and growth, I invite you to book a consultation call. Together, we can explore how psychotherapy can support your path toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach is creative, embodied, and rooted in a psychodynamic understanding of the mind. I see psychotherapy as a space where meaningful dialogue and emotional insight can unfold, allowing for genuine and lasting growth. Healing is not only about techniques; it emerges through connection, empathy, and the courage to explore one’s inner world.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), NeuroAffective Touch, mindfulness, and trauma‑informed principles. These methods support expression beyond words and help clients develop a deeper awareness of their emotional and physical experience. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I aim to offer a safe, attuned, and reflective space where each person can explore what feels important to them.

“Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens.” —Mandy Hale

What are the benefits of my approach?

Creative psychotherapy expands traditional talking therapy by incorporating movement, art, metaphor, and sensory‑based methods. This can be especially helpful when emotions feel overwhelming or difficult to articulate.

Clients often find that this approach:

  • Helps them access feelings that are hard to express verbally
  • Supports emotional regulation through embodied practices
  • Encourages gentle exploration of unconscious processes
  • Strengthens the mind–body connection
  • Offers space for creativity, play, and personal insight

If you feel ready to begin your own process of self‑understanding, I welcome you to book a consultation call so we can explore how therapy may support your well‑being.

Who I Work With

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach adapts to each person’s developmental stage, history, and lived experience.

Children and young people

I offer individual and group psychotherapy for children facing challenges such as ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, complex trauma, learning difficulties, and relational struggles. I work with children from toddlerhood through secondary school and support families from a wide range of cultural, socioeconomic, and faith backgrounds.

I also help parents understand their child’s behaviour, sensory needs, and the impact of trauma or early experiences. This may include offering strategies for managing sensory processing difficulties and supporting emotional development at home.

Educational settings

In primary and secondary schools, I provide therapeutic support for students, guidance for teachers and parents, and mental‑health assemblies and mindfulness sessions. My work in schools emphasises the relationship between mind and body and encourages emotional expression through creative and embodied methods.

Adults

With adults, I offer a reflective and compassionate space to explore personal history, relational patterns, and the parts of the self that seek healing or integration.

Experience and Professional Background

I am an ADMP UK registered Private Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor specialising in the integration of therapeutic practices to support mental health and emotional well‑being.

My clinical experience includes work as a psychotherapist and creative project manager with children, adolescents, and adults. I have a strong focus on early attachments, developmental stages, and the ways early experiences shape how individuals relate to themselves and others.

In educational environments, I have supported children navigating trauma, neurodiversity, emotional challenges, and behavioural concerns. I have also worked closely with teachers and parents to create supportive, therapeutic environments within school communities.

As a clinical supervisor, I mentor and guide therapists and trainees through creative and reflective approaches that encourage self‑motivation, learning, and professional growth.
