Facilitated by Neeley Moore
Step into a sacred space where your story is honoured and your healing begins.
Sacred Place is a small, intimate group designed to support those navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional disconnection. Rooted in the trauma-informed principles of Compassionate Inquiry®, this group offers a gentle yet powerful container for exploring the deeper layers of your experience, those held in the body, shaped by early life, and often hidden beneath the surface.
What You’ll Experience:
- Compassionate Inquiry® Practices: Guided by Dr. Gabor Mate’s approach, you’ll explore the unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that shape your inner world, with compassion and curiosity.
- Somatic Grounding & Embodiment: Learn to listen to your body’s signals, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner stability through mindful movement and breath.
- Relational Dialogue & Emotional Safety: Share in a circle of people who understand. With therapeutic guidance, you’ll be supported to speak your truth and be deeply heard.
This group is especially supportive for those navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma recovery, or simply seeking a deeper connection to themselves. Neeley brings her own lived experience—through trauma, and healing—with grace, depth, and fierce compassion.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more spacious, and more connected to your truth.
