Delfina Krause
Msc. & Mag Psychologist, Psychotherapist & Coach

“The mind is a mirror, therapy helps us clean the glass and see ourselves clearly.”

Delfina is a psychologist, integrative psychotherapist, and coach with over eight years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate complex mental health challenges, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based care, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), third-wave approaches, psychodynamic principles, and systemic methods to create tailored, culturally sensitive interventions that truly meet individual needs.

She prefers a structured and active approach, which aligns with your preference for a relaxed style of therapy. Her integrative and person-centered approach combines psychodynamic insight with behavioral strategies, helping clients reduce symptoms while exploring the deeper roots of their experiences. With over a decade of experience across public mental health, private practice, and startup environments, Delfina brings clinical depth and real-world understanding to her work.

“I love listening to people’s stories and helping them make sense of their experiences. From an early age, I noticed that people felt comfortable opening up to me, and that’s something I value deeply. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, meditating, practicing yoga, and playing tennis. These activities keep me grounded and connected to myself. I’ve lived in Buenos Aires, Vienna, and now London, so I understand what it’s like to navigate big life changes and cultural transitions. That’s why I often work with expats, digital nomads, and people with a global mindset. How we will work togetherIn our sessions, we create a space where you feel safe and supported to talk about what matters most to you. Together, we’ll reframe your story: looking at what led you here, what might still be holding you back, and the patterns that keep these challenges going. We’ll address these step by step and set meaningful goals and outcomes that feel right for you, so the process is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Along the way, I’ll share practical tools, like grounding techniques and ways to express emotions, so you have strategies you can use outside the session. Our focus is not only on immediate relief but also on building long-lasting change for sustainable wellbeing. Everything we do is designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.”

Why did you become a therapist?
“I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply interested in people’s life stories and how they find resilience, growth, and courage through challenges. My own therapy and personal growth journey showed me how transformative this process can be, and it inspired me to help others experience the same. For me, therapy is about creating a space where people feel understood and supported while discovering their own strength and possibilities.”
