Eleanor Wolfe, Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, BACP Registered

“My practice is built on the belief that every individual carries the strength to heal and grow. I see therapy as a collaborative journey—a space to explore, understand, and ultimately embrace the unique story that shapes who you are.”

Eleanor is a warm and imaginative Integrative Psychotherapist who combines a culturally informed perspective with a deep passion for individualised care. Eleanor takes a holistic and culturally informed approach, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and narrative therapy to support clients in a way that best suits their individual needs.

With a personal connection to neurodiversity, Eleanor brings a compassionate understanding to her work with clients who have ADHD. She addresses not only practical coping strategies but also the emotional complexities often tied to neurodivergence, such as rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, fear of failure, and imposter syndrome. Her advocacy for psychotherapy as a complement or alternative to psychotropic treatments reflects her belief in empowering individuals through holistic care.

Eleanor’s diverse experience includes working within NHS IAPT services, where she provided solution-focused therapy and CBT to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, work stress and life transitions. Her work at the Mulberry Cancer and Bereavement Centre at West Middlesex Hospital deepened her expertise in trauma-informed care, supporting those coping with grief and life-limiting illness. Eleanor has specialist training in couples therapy, using attachment theory to explore relational dynamics and encourage reconnection. Eleanor also co-founded Queer Culture Club, a London-based wellness and events organisation connecting isolated members of the queer community.

Eleanor’s open-minded and integrative approach fosters a safe and empathetic space for self-exploration and growth. Her dedication to helping clients uncover their strengths and navigate life’s complexities makes her practice a haven for meaningful change.
