“Healing relationships, restoring intimacy, and empowering change—therapy is the bridge to deeper connection and self-discovery.”

I am an experienced relationship counsellor, psychosexual therapist, and clinical supervisor with a deep commitment to fostering connection, emotional well-being, and sexual health. My approach is integrative, drawing on systemic, psychodynamic, and CBT techniques, ensuring tailored interventions that respect each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, offering a safe and inclusive space for self-exploration and growth. Whether addressing relationship struggles, psychosexual concerns, or navigating life transitions, my goal is to empower individuals and couples to build deeper intimacy, overcome challenges, and embrace meaningful change.

My expertise extends to supporting individuals returning to sexual function after cancer treatments, an area where compassionate and specialist care is crucial.

Areas of Expertise

I work with a wide range of relationship and psychosexual concerns, including:

  • Relationship distress, conflict, and recurrent arguments
  • Trust and intimacy issues
  • Navigating life transitions such as parenthood or retirement
  • Neurodiversity in relationships
  • Emotional regulation during conflict
  • The impact of chronic health conditions and cancer diagnosis on relationships
  • Affairs, jealousy, and loss of connection
  • Sexual identity and confidence
  • Erectile dysfunction, orgasmic difficulties, and libido changes
  • Vaginismus and other forms of sexual pain
  • Unresolved sexual trauma and its impact on intimacy

Through structured therapeutic interventions, behavioural exercises, and mindfulness techniques, I support clients in understanding and overcoming their challenges.

Professional Journey & Training

My journey in therapy began in 2006 at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships, where I developed a deep understanding of relationship dynamics and therapeutic interventions. I hold:

  • Master’s in Relationship Therapy (Relate Institute)
  • PGDip in Psychosexual Therapy (Relate Institute)
  • Clinical Supervision Training (The Grove Practice)

I have extensive experience supervising both trainees and experienced therapists within Relate National, NHS, and private practice settings, ensuring ethical and effective therapeutic practice. My current role includes working as a psychosexual therapist with Royal Marsden Hospital, supporting individuals navigating sexual health post-cancer treatment.

The number of sessions depends on individual needs. Relationship therapy often shows progress within six sessions, while psychosexual therapy typically spans 20-30 sessions over a year, with regular reviews of treatment plans.
