When you arrive for a session, I want you to feel truly welcomed and at ease. I create a warm, respectful space built on trust and acceptance, where you can talk freely and feel supported. I’ll greet you with a smile and offer you a cup of tea to help you settle in—especially if it’s your first time visiting a therapist.
Together, we’ll explore your needs, expectations, and what you hope to gain from therapy. If relevant to your situation, I may ask you to complete an anxiety and depression questionnaire to better understand how to support you. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered as we work towards meaningful change.
