Christina Louka, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Child & Adolescent Counsellor, Couples Therapist
“Life doesn’t improve by chance—it improves through change.”
I am a highly experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Child Counsellor, offering a safe, consistent, and compassionate space for individuals, adolescents, and couples to explore their emotional and relational challenges. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which helps us uncover how unconscious processes and early life experiences shape present-day behaviours, thoughts, and feelings. Through regular weekly or twice-weekly sessions—either online or in person—we work together to make sense of difficult emotions and patterns, fostering deeper self-awareness and lasting psychological change.
I offer sessions held at the same time each week. Our work begins with an initial assessment to explore what has brought you to therapy and to ensure that the fit feels right for you. Trust and safety are central to the process, especially when working with young people and those who have experienced trauma.
