Facilitated by Alexa Edelist – Psychodrama Psychotherapist
Short-term group
This closed, experiential group offers practitioners a unique opportunity to step into the world of Psychodrama—a dynamic, embodied therapeutic method that uses role-play, action techniques, and group process to explore internal experience and relational patterns.
Over the course of the two hour session, participants will:
-
Experience key psychodramatic techniques first-hand (e.g., role reversal, doubling, mirroring)
-
Explore their own material in a supportive and contained setting
-
Reflect on how psychodrama might inform or expand their own clinical or facilitative practice
This group is ideal for therapists, counsellors, coaches, and other practitioners who are curious about psychodrama as a modality—whether for personal insight, professional development, or both.
No previous psychodrama experience required
Small group (max. 5 participants)
CPD attendance certificates available
